The Public Ministry of Altagracia province filed a formal accusation against a couple of foreign tourists who apparently abused and threw a balcony at an American woman.

The accusation against the couple, composed of the citizen of Barbados, Qwamme Lee Archer, and the American Brianna Alexandra Richardson, request the opening to trial and revocation of freedom under economic guarantee against him.

This accusation was made after the American tourist Ashley Rachel Caba alleged to have been sexually abused and later released by a balcony of a room located on the second floor of a hotel in Punta Cana, where the three were vacationing.

The Public Ministry had previously requested the sending of this couple to prison after what happened last June, but the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of La Altagracia Province ordered to release them by paying an economic guarantee of RD $ 50,000. In addition, they placed an impediment to leave the country without due judicial authorization and periodic presentation for six months.

On June 1 of this year, the accusatory document says that Qwamme Lee Archer seduced and took the victim to his room on the second floor of the hotel where the three were vacationing and sexually abused her there.

Later, when he was discovered by his partner, Brianna Alexandra Richardson, she physically assaulted the American tourist and that supposedly was the one who later threw her from the balcony of the room.
